Yes your right, Photoscape is a great for a free program and it will allow you to do minor editing and also allow you to make animated gifs, but for serious editing, another program would be better. Rhetts mama thanks for telling me about Photoshop Elements people are always asking me about that. One thing about having the right program, you can open a movie file with some, and make it into an animated gif.
