I'm still a huge Splash and Shine fan.
Anyway, Nootie is a shampoo with a leave in conditioner. I wasn't home, and I needed to wash something off Kaji (he was itching up a storm! He was scratching his hair off) so I got the nootie. It says on the label to leave in the shampoo for 3-5 mins, rinse, and then I sprayed him with the spritz while I was brushing him out.
