I have heard that they are basically full grown structurally at 6 months. However may continue to fill out for a while after that. I found that to be pretty true in my case. My girl weighed about 5 1/4 lbs at 6 months and was her full adult size. Now at 17 months she is just under 6 lbs. If Ewok is over 4 lbs now at almost 6 months he will probably gain a bit more and end up around 5 lbs, maybe a bit more. He sounds perfect to me!
