Sorry, but going back to your very first post in this thread, you stated the pros are: he only breeds yorkies, is honest about what you are getting (what does that mean?) and you haven't had any health problems (yet). You put that above the conditions he keeps the dogs in. It's not a check list that they pass if they get 3 out of 5. Either the entire breeding program is good or it's not.
When one can't even be bothered to provide basic sanitation, you know darn well they aren't placing a premium on proper vetting or testing.
