I'm so sorry you're going thru this

. If I had that crystal ball right now for you, it'd be yours.
So, do the specialists (are they Internists, btw) feel sure it's Addisons? If yes, do his symptoms get relief when you give steroids? Do the steroids take time to titer correctly?
My Wylie has Cushings Disease...which is sort of like the opposite of Addisons. For Cushings, the goal is to bring cortisol down; in Addisons, the goal is to bring the cortisol up. And when Cushings is first diagnosed, it can take about 1-1.5 years to get the meds titrated correctly (takes a lot of finesse). So, that's why I'm asking if the specialists told you the meds take some time to reach the right level...?
His lungs sound clear and everything, when they listened to them?
It's so scary when they're sick, you feel so helpless. Please know I'm thinking of your kiddo and hoping for a very quick resolution.
