It does not sound like allergies to me.
Those little circles sound like ring worm to me. If this is the case, not only will it spread like wildfire on you pup, but it will also spread to you and your family members, as it is highly contagious.

I would definitely get her to the vet asap. Call the vet and ask if you can make payments or put it on a credit card, as she really needs to get to the vet before it spreads any further on her....... or on you!
