No, I did not purchase either Heartgard or Frontline. This was just a free give away and I did not realize they sponsered the tag. Also, Front what I read on the website, they do not notify anyone, if someone finds a lost pet with the "GetMeHome" tag, if the person goes to the website, they can find the owner by entering the number on the tag.
