I just don't understand WHY and HOW anyone can do such a thing!!!
It really breaks my heart reading these things, but simultaneously I force myself to know that this is happening because I don't want to be ignorant. I just don't even know what to think...*sigh* THANK GOD that this lady saved this poor pup and I hope the previous "owner" who did this will have karma! Shame on them!
