Lol well, I have actually seen this being done at work. It's not really surgical or anything in that nature. They just simply help it go back up in the correct place.
Most male dogs will continue to hump even after they were fixed. My chi still does and he's a neutered male, but usually depending on when you got them fixed and all that jazz.
