Revolution is the one I prefer because it not only is topical heartworm but also flea, tick and parasites protection, such as mites. It's prescription but I bring in foster babies into my home and my Vet thought my resident Yorkie needed the parasite protection as well as heartworm and Revolution takes care of it all and topical to boot.
