Read but do not become terrified, equipped with knowledge you will be well prepared to make informed decisions. IDK where in Fl you are located but do know one of the best places to have this surgery is likely not too far from you, the Univ. of Tenn. The surgery isn't inexpensive, I think others have paid in neighborhood of $1500, but don't quote me on that. But as far as surgery and treatable conditions that really isn't all that expensive when you consider orthopedic surgery for LP or broken legs can run $2,000 and up.
