USUALLY ..the pics in your photo program are also on your C DRIVE. So you can use something easier like this below to resize.... OR pm me and you can email me your pictures and I'll be happy to do them for you
This is one of the easiest program on the net to resize your pics....

Scroll to PixResizer……Download the program..it’s really small and very easy to install – Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 400 Pixels and it resizes it for you...
SAVE YOUR PICTURES AS JPEG’S or they will not show as thumbnails. An easy way to keep organized is MAKE A FOLDER to put your resized pictures in and save them there -
here is a pic (Below) of the program I'm referring you too - you just click LOAD picture and find the pic on your C Drive - Size it to 460 then click SAVE Picture ...
It will add the size of the picture to the original name so you aren't saving over a picture by accident
