We've used the Proin off and on for Bernie (he leaks due to neurological damage). He's never had any problems on it, but we haven't been using it for awhile. Even with the Proin he has to wear belly bands 24/7 so I've decided to stop using it and just change the bands more often.
( He does leak less when using the Proin)
