Gotcha! Maybe try dipping your finger in water and touching it to her lips. Maya wouldn't drink either when I offered her the water, but I wanted her to have SOME moisture.....tricky Mommy!
I also gave her boiled chicken and plain mashed potatoes (and used a bit of water to make it "creamier" and to get some water in her). This is what I did for Bella too, and both of mine ate that no problem, and no vomiting either!....I've heard that some dogs don't want to eat that first day though. It just seems like SUCH a long time for them to go without food and water thouhg....it KILLS me!!
