That's really horrible and those poor animals
...but someone MUST be mentally unstable to live like that
At at least they weren't malnurished - I don't understand it ...but some stories I've read where people hoard animals... usually consist of starving flea infested dogs / cats who are on deaths door - those are the people I want to hurt. But then again - 13 dead dogs found in the freezer .....THAT is sick.
The good thing is now those poor animals will all get medical attention and hopefully get new homes - but I think the woman needs a hospital not jail
