They may still come out on their own. Chloe was spayed at 6 mos. At that time she had lost all but two canines. I ASKED for them to be pulled when she was spayed but my Vet made the decision on his own to leave them "to let them fall out on their own". I was furious but to my surprise, about two weeks later one did, indeed, fall out. The fourth and last took months longer. I switched Vets and was going to have it pulled at her first dental cleaning, neither of us were willing to put her under for one tooth. Then when she was about one or so, the last one fell out. At 7 mos., give her some time yet. Btw, my Vet wants $5. per tooth. I wouldn't have wanted to give $20. either.
