Maybe, maybe not. Yorkies are prone to retained baby teeth. My vet charges $7 a tooth to extract if done while spaying/neutering. Not much IMO to not have to worry about putting a baby under again. Fortunately, Lulu had lost all of her baby teeth so she didn't need any extracted. I don't know what age it is recommended to wait until having them removed (if not done at the time of spay/neuter). Maybe someone more experienced can help you out with that.
