Every time I have had silver jewelry it has tarnished. This says it is silver plated in gold though.

Oops...sorry, didn't know someone already posted this before. Don't worry about silver tarnishing. It's sterling silver so doesn't tarnish. Plus, it is covered/plated in gold so the silver is hidden inside. They do this to keep cost down so whole piece is not solid gold. I have had gold plated jewelry before and as long as the gold is real, you can't tell the difference.
