My little Yorkie Willow has had a scaly rash on her back and legs. SHe has been given a steriod for the itch but no plan of attack to soothe her and remove the rash. It is red and scaly. Any ideas of what I could do to get rid of it or soothe it? I have used the rinses but no real help. Hotspot doesn't do it either. I use dandruff shampoo at my doctor's directions.
