If it were me, I'd want to meet her in person & see her dogs BEFORE deciding to purchase a puppy from her. I know it's said a lot on here, but you buy your breeder first, then your pup. So, I wouldn't jump into placing a deposit until I was 100% comfortable with the breeder & that includes meeting her in person and seeing how her dogs live. Anyone can say anything via internet and email.
