The only thing that works that I know of is regular cleaning. However, you may want to investigate why she is getting so much goop in her eyes. For some dogs, this can indicate an infection or allergies. If it's an infection, antibiotics are obviously needed quickly, and if it's allergies, she may respond to a good allergy medication. Either way, I would take her to the vet.
