As long as your baby does not have dry skin and his coat is shiny and healthy once a week is not too much. My vet has me bathe my little girl once a week because she has environmental allergies and the baths help a GREAT deal. I agree there is nothing as cute as a freshly bathed Yorkie; so it is a win - win.
