Check out the breeder section.There are people who are Biewer breeders there. I know they are a breed of Yorkies that started in Germany. They are Yorkies that were born with white hair which is outside of the Yorkie breed standard. I have been looking into them myself and found this site.

Some people consider them yorkies and others consider them a breed apart.
