I can't have artificial sweeteners, they give me migraines.
Had Christmas dinner one year at my brother and sister in laws. I got a real bad migraine. Bruce called them later and asked if they had used any artificial sweetenets. My sister in law had used Splenda in the dessert!
If I don't want to use sugar I use Stevia.
