Antibotic will not help a cold. Cold is a Virus. THere are some real bad strains out there. Mine lasted close to 2 weeks, and yes, caught it from Marge who brought it home from a Business Trip. Sounds like your Step Dad either had food poising or a 24 hour intestinal bug. Same thing happened to my 85 year old Father in Law. Had to take him to the ER and he was released about 4 hours later with an Anti-Emetic and is now fine. Relax......if you get sick, it will end, not you! |
