When I called 911 for him the operator told me to give him an aspirin. I asked Bruce if he knew where the aspirin were (he is the only one that uses the 325mg aspirin). When Bruce looked at it yesterday when he got home he said he is almost positive I have broken something. I have been keeping off the foot as much as I can, and keeping it elevated. But I did call my orthopedic doctor yesterday, and only got the voice mail. I left a message so am hoping his office calls me today and I can get the foot exrayed.
Now Bruce is home he will be able to drive me to the doctors if I can get an appointment. Although I think all they can do is to tell me to stay off the foot until it heals.
But, the important thing is Bruce is home!!!! Oh, and the chest pains weren't a heart attack. They say he had a mild case of pneumonia (they only told him that Tuesday night!) |
Glad to hear your hubby is okay!
As for your foot, I hope it feels better soon. I believe if it is a break further up your food they can do something, but if it is a toe they can't do anything for you.
