Artificial sweeteners of any kind give me headaches and hives so that tells me something right there. They also affect my concentration and my job requires me to be thinking all day long and if you try to do that with a headache, it's nauseating.
I may be wrong on this but I thought I had read a few years back that aspartame was a pesticide that stored in the liver. That seemed scary to me.
