I decided to open up a new thread on this topic, as I've been doing my research all morning and have come up with some very conflicting information on Aspartame.
My sister used to suffer from horrible migraines, to the point where she was hospitalized. Doctors couldn't give her any relief but when she cut aspartame out of her diet the migraines went away, almost completely.
After posting in

Some websites support it while others regard it as poison.
Personally after seeing how it effected my sister, I avoid it but
Health Canada acknowledges the safety of aspartame.
What do you think?
