Get her to a vet. This could be a sign of pyometra, an uterine infection that left untreated could be deadly.
This happened with a Maltese rescue I had (although she is 5 years old). Pearl had her heat cycle and a couple of months later started bleeding again. I had intended to spay her but right after her heat had family members here for vacation and just hadn't taken the time to follow through with her spay, a few weeks after her heat. Anyway, when she started bleeding again, took her to our vet. She (the vet) knew immediately it was most likely pyometra and she was right. Had her spayed that day, and no problems since.
