I have no experience with a dog in heat. Since you are not sure I would call the vet for reassurance. I'd be very worried about not having her spayed. She is so tiny and I would be worried sick about the idea of her every having a litter of puppies. Chloe's is just adorable~please keep her save and have her spayed. You just never know what might happen if she were to ever get out alone or if she were to get lost.
