I remember that stage and it drove me crazy seeing the hair near Piccolo's eyes. Then, I had the groomer cut it and had to put her through this again.
I think there is a dog hair gel you can use to help, but I never tried it so cannot recommend. Maybe someone else has some great advice on that?
