One of my girls gets sick in the car and I realized it was because of anxiety instead of motion sickness, I got some Rescue Remedy by Bach for dogs and you put a drop on the tongue and I put a drop on her ears about 30 minutes before we get in the car. Then I put her in a kennel that she can't really see outside with a blanket and she hasn't gotten sick since. You might want to try some. Also, I've heard if they are anxious you are supposed to just get in the car and sit in the drive way for a few minutes and not go anywhere, give her treats and praise her when she is calm. Then you do it again the next day and maybe turn on the engine but still not go anywhere, praise and treat her when she is calm. Then you can maybe drive down the block and back the next day, etc... You just have to go slow and acclimate her back into going in the car. Good Luck.
