I think that hair style will look great on you!! And $100 sounds GREAT! I'm thinking of doing the keratin straightener on my hair, my mom owns a salon so I'd get it for free (except I tip the stylist that does it

People always assume that because you're an owner, you have a lot of money, or don't need a tip and that's not correct. My mom owns a salon but she does facials, wax, etc... sometimes she can't even pay herself for the week because she needs to make payroll first. They don't always so well in this economy. So those tips really come in handy. I always tip, owner or not, even Jackson's mobile groomer.
