Wow $425+ for Keratin straightening!
Last time I got a perm was about 10 years ago. I came out ok, the stylist cut my hair too short to begin with, and well, it looked better once it started to grow out.
This time I am going to emphasize I want a soft wavy perm, not curly. How much do you think I should tip?
