I'll be praying for you! Geez, what a "pain" all that was, LOL. It can definitely be an ordeal to find a doctor who actually tells you what is wrong with you. I'm glad you got it all figured out.
My dad has been dealing with severe back pain for 2 years now. He's just been prescribed pain meds and basically told everything is 'mild'. Well.. if it's so mild, when can he not get out of bed 10 days out of every month? I feel so bad for him. He does not want to be on these medications, he wants someone to figure out what is WRONG with him, so he doesn't have to depend on meds for the rest of his life.
He also has done everything doctors told him to do. MRI's, bloodwork, colonosocopy, and then *finally* a doctor suggested a CT scan on his spine, which he thought he had already had. So he got that done a few weeks ago and it came back with a TON of new info. So he's hoping it's leading to something. So he understands, like you, living with pain.
