Nine months is a long time, especially when I pm'd you twice, on 7/23 and 9/21 asking for the tracking info, both times went unanswered... and on 12/17 when I responded to your PM and originally requested the refund. I would appreciate a timely refund so I can forget about this situation in it's entirety.
