He's a cutey. He does remind me of Jackson.
Just go slowly when you are switching foods. Some Yorkies have very sensitive stomachs and will get diarrhea if you go to fast (others have cast iron ones and don't have a problem). Start with about 25% new food in the mix and if he does ok for a couple of days move up to 50% and so on until he's eating only the new stuff.

If cribbing means the same as it does with horses, you can try getting something called Bitter Apple spray and putting it on what ever he is chewing on. It doesn't work in all dogs, though. Some actually enjoy the taste. I've also had good luck putting some clear deodorant on my wood work.
