I am sorry to hear Pnut and you had such a bad experience. I was lucky in the beginning. Buster was sick when I first got him so I could not go to a regular grooming salon. I saw a card for a woman who would come to your house at my Holistic pet store and she cuts the owner's 2 maltese. It is great because she comes at night and bathes and cuts Buster in my kitchen. I can see how she treats Buster and she gives a great cut. He gets really excited to see her so I know he is happy too. It is always so sad when you hear about a bad grooming experience because you realize how uncomfortable, scared, or worst of all hurt, the dog was during the process.
