My Gizmo has the same problem, I use the oatmeal shampoo, Royal Canin Yorkie Food, Conditioner, and then I use Coconut Oil on his skin after a bath. The coconut oil has helped a lot. He has allergies so he lost a lot of hair over the summer from scratching, so I am trying to grow it back.
