WHO IS MAKING THESE RULES???
Many fine top breeders have web sites to show what they have achieved. I refer to their sites to see photo's of what's new in the ring and enjoy pic's of old champions I have seen in their career.

I see nothing unethical about a breeder simply stating...."pets for sale to approved homes" when they have pets...how else can the public buy from reputable breeders if they can not find reputable breeders...I do not think there is a need to list the pic and prices, with paypal check out like an ebay purchase..but let the public know there are options besides a pet shop.

PS..many top breeders perfer advertizing wins in breed magazines..
