When we first brought Toto home, she was barely 1 1/2 lbs. at a little over 16 weeks. She, also, wanted to be in my arms all the time. I had the "genius" idea that a sling would be great. Since I only needed it to free up both my hands, Patrick picked up one of those made for humans with a broken arm. It worked beautifully ... until ... I was cleaning one of our toilets with Toto happily sleeping in her sling, leaned over & yep, she almost slid out the end right into the toilet! The thought never occured to me that maybe the end needed to be sewed up. I felt so stupid!

To answer your question, yes, a sling works beautifully. Toto loved napping in hers. Good luck!
