I had exactly the same problem with my younger one.
I sleep with both my babies on my bed.
Only my younger one did that.
It's not easy to correct it. I never comfort her when she did that. I just said NO to her and never pet her. When she barked during the day because of some other dog barking I took her out when she could hear the other dog clearly and I told her NO. I pet her only when she was absolutely calm. It took me about six months!!! Now if she hears something during sleeping time she some times growls and looks at me. When I say NO she calms down and goes back to sleep.
If you pet her at the time she is barking she will think that she is doing the right thing and she will keep barking.
Just let her know that it's not right to bark and she will stop
