I've had that happen too... whew! thought I was going blind! I just saw another tonight and it's been up for 3-4 days!
Sometimes the traffic in some forums here goes crazy, I have trouble finding threads I've posted in 5 minutes ago, and they're already on the second page, which gets overlooked by many.
If you find your threads are getting lost, post a reply in them and it puts them back on the first page at the top of whatever forum they're in, where more people are likely to see them and respond.
