I have no idea what she can do about this. I could only think of two suggestions: I gave her a link for reporting internet fraud online, and even though the FBI doesn't have jurisdiction in Camaroon, at least this will document the problem. And I also suggested that she put a disclaimer on her own website to warn people about the other website and establish that she is in no way connected.
