That email was different from the one I found, so hopefully it will work. That web address with the ".tk" in the suffix means that it is hosted in the south pacific island of Tokelau, so the scammer could be literally anywhere in the world. (

I have no idea what she can do about this. I could only think of two suggestions: I gave her a link for reporting internet fraud online, and even though the FBI doesn't have jurisdiction in Camaroon, at least this will document the problem. And I also suggested that she put a disclaimer on her own website to warn people about the other website and establish that she is in no way connected.
I hate scammers.
