Actually, I live at home so it is my mother's carpet, and it is not my choice at all whether or not we get new carpet. Also, new carpet isn't the ONLY reason this dog can't pee in the house... it is just not okay to live in a bathroom! And I also agree that there is no reason I can't confine a small dog- which is why I said I can't do the same thing I did this time, as I did last. But thank you anyway for responding!
