ONE MORE WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are back at work today and Layla is snoozing in her stroller, but in the past couple of days we've loosened up the rules at home a bit. We have been doing a bit of play time on the living room area rug, and we've stopped bringing her crate up to the bedroom and she is allowed to sleep in her bed overnight. She's still taking it easy, and about 5 minutes of play time is enough for her! She doesn't move at all anymore without her back legs moving too! Sometimes she stands and scares herself! Yesterday I threw a toy for her and she was running to grab it about 2 feet away, and one of her back paddling legs came up under her and extended and she jumped and turned around, forgetting all about the toy! She just looked like WHAT is going ON back there??
I don't think she has regressed at all during her crate rest. We'll make another rehab appointment in the next couple of weeks and see what the vet thinks!
