I don't like the diaper idea, and I think it gets them use to being in their own pee. After four days of antibiotics, she should have the bladder infection more controlled than that. I don't know if they did a culture, many doctors don't, they just give a generic antibiotic, that treats the common infections, but I'd tell the vet, he may need to prescribe another antibiotic, or do a culture. I would have a bed with lots of pad, or towels, and change them frequently, she should always be able to find a dry spot to lie. You can begin house breaking when the infection clears up. We kept Joey in an x-pen with a bed, and pee pad, and he pretty much house trained himself. Overnight we used the crate.
