We've been using the Dremel nail trimmer for over a year now, and it's been great. My boys fidget so much that my husband has to hold each one as I trim, but it's so much better than the clipper. You can really get the nail down short and it doesn't hurt. And the best part is, no risk of cutting the quick and making them bleed.
