Default over it finally

Dayzee came into our home 4 weeks ago (age 4 mos) w/kennel cough. She went to the vet about 30 hours after arriving (and exposing my 15 mo havanese & 9 yo bichon). She was put on cough medicine and amoxycillion. On day 6 of this regiment, she was lethargic and not eating. Rushed her back to the vet and he took a throat culturee. In 24 hours the results were back, she actually had 4 infections--and the medications were changed to include all the viruses/infections titled kennel cough.

Long story short: it took another 10 days and no more coughing, no more fever, good as new.

Make sure the vet does cultures asap, because you want your baby well as quick as possible.
